For the ultimate in flexibility, Celebrity Cruises offers an Individual Incentive Travel (IIT) program. Rather than traveling as a group, guests travel as individuals any time during their 12-month "redemption period." With IIT, guests can look forward to redeeming their reward when it fits their schedule.

IIT programs are ideal for:

• Companies with field sales force - IIT makes it possible to award employees without removing them all from the field at the same time.

• Dealers or distributors - Dealers and distributors (e.g., auto dealerships, food and beverage distributorships) are not employed by the company offering the incentive, and rarely know each other. The chance to travel individually at an individual's convenience is usually more appealing than traveling on a specific date with strangers.

• Tiered incentive programs - The flexibility of IIT lets companies create tiered programs by offering different itinerary lengths or stateroom categories to individuals who reach or surpass goals.

• Participant flexibility - IIT gives participants the flexibility to choose a travel date that works for their companions as well. Participants can also arrange to bring family or friends along, which they usually cannot do when traveling with a corporate group.
