Former Press Secretary to Presidents Reagan & Bush / Marlin Fitzwater - Apr 23 - May 7

Marlin Fitzwater spent a decade in the front row of history as the only press secretary to be appointed to the post by two presidents. From 1983 to 1992, his voice reassured the world in times of turmoil and change. Today he is an author and lecturer whose presidential anecdotes, political analysis and television commentary have received worldwide attention.

Fitzwater's book, Call The Briefing, is a bestselling memoir of his years in the White House. His works of fiction include Esther's Pillow, based on a true story of a small Kansas town, and a yet to be published novel about a Chesapeake Bay waterman. He served for two seasons as a consultant to the NBC television show, West Wing.

Former Clinton Aide / Dick Morris - July 16 - 30
Probably the most prominent American political consultant, Dick Morris is almost universally credited with piloting Bill Clinton to a stunning comeback re-election victory in 1996 after the president lost Congress to the Republicans two years before. Called "the most influential private citizen in America" by Time Magazine Morris helped steer Clinton to the center and away from the liberal policies he had pursued in his first two years in office. Morris is also credited with advising Clinton to sign the welfare reform bill of 1996 and getting him to back a balanced budget, both key centrist positions.

Actress / Rita Moreno - July 30 - Aug 16
Rita Moreno is the only female performer to have won all four of the most prestigious show business awards, the Oscar, the Emmy, the Tony and the Grammy. She has, in fact, been listed in the Guinness Book of World Records for this achievement. The Oscar was for her performance as Anita in the 1962 motion picture West Side Story. The two Emmys were for a 1977 variety appearance on The Muppet Show and for a dramatic guest appearance on The Rockford Files in 1978. The Tony was for her 1973 triumph on Broadway as Googie Gomez in The Ritz. The Grammy Award was for her 1972 performance on The Electric Company album for children, which was based on the long-running television show of the same name.

TV & Film Actor Larry Hagman is best known as J.R. Ewing in the TV Drama "Dallas", and as Astronaut Major Anthony Nelson on the TV Sitcom "I Dream of Jeannie". Mr.Hagman's TV film credits include, "The President's Mistress", "Last of the Good Guys", "Battered", "Deady Encounter", "Staying Afloat" and "The Third Twin" . Among his motion picture credits are; "Fail Safe", "Ensign Pulver", "The Cavern", "In Harm's Way", " The Group", "Three in the Cellar", "Harry and Tonto", "Stardust", "Mother, Jugs and Speed", "The Eagle Has Landed", "Superman", "Blake Edwards, S.O.B."and "Primary Colors".

Actress Jane Powell - Aug 27- Sept 10
Jane Powell's extraordinary career spans virtually every area of American show business. From the age of 14, she has been a major star of motion pictures, theatre, television, radio the concert stage and cabaret. She made 20 feature films in all, starred on many TV specials, has been featured in sitcoms and daytime dramas, toured in a dozen musicals and straight dramatic plays and comedies.

She was recently featured in Showtime's Sandy Bottom Orchestra based on the novel by Garrison Keilor and Jenny Lind Nilsson and also was featured as a grandma-to-be in the Off-Broadway play, Avow, for which she received rave reviews that would be any actor's dream. "Ms. Powell," said The New York Times, "shows why she is a star".

Actor Dick Moore - Aug 27- Sept 10
An actor from the age of 11 months, Dick Moore was known as Dickie Moore, and appeared in over 100 films, including such screen classics as Oliver Twist, Sergeant York, The Life of Louis Pasteur and Heaven Can Wait.

As an adult, he added radio, television, summer stock, Broadway and Off-Broadway to his credits, both as an actor and director. In addition, he co-produced, wrote and starred in a short subject called The Boy and the Bagle, which was nominated for an Academy Award in 1949; produced and directed USA sponsored oversea tours, was a member of the acting faculty of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts; and wrote a television play produced on NBC. Mr. Moore has also lectured extensively on the theatre.

The former child star is currently President of a New York based communications firm that bears his name and represents several arts organizations in the performing arts.

Journalist, producer and executive Ike Pappas began his career in communications more than four decades ago as a local radio reporter and continued on to become an award winning CBS News Correspondent, covering many of the major events that shaped global history in the latter part of the 20th Century. During his 25 year tenure at the network, Mr. Papas was seen on the "CBS Evening News" with both Walter Cronkite and Dan Rather, reporting nightly on events ranging from the battlefield in Vietnam to the Six-Day War in the Middle East, the murder of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., the U.S. Space Program, and the Defense Department as Chief Pentagon Correspondent. He also served as Congressional and Labor Correspondent.

Retired Astronaut / Col. "Walt" Cunningham - May 23 - June 3
Mr. Cunningham is perhaps best known as America's second civilian Astronaut. During eight years with NASA he contributed to the design, development and testing of all the major operating systems of the Apollo spacecraft, specializing in electric power systems and complex systems analysis. In 1967, he served as a member of the Apollo 1 fire investigation board and in 1968 he orbited the earth 163 times as the pilot of Apollo VII - the first manned flight of the Apollo Program. Following the Apollo VII mission, he became Chief of the Skylab Astronauts, where he was involved in the design, development and integration of systems for the largest spacecraft, manned or unmanned, ever placed in orbit, including five manned space modules, two different launch vehicles and fifty-six major scientific experiments. These included the first manned systems utilizing molecular sieves for environmental control, photo-voltaic cells for electrical power and inertial storage devices for attitude control.

Jerry Matthews, has worked 27 years as a news producer-writer at KABC-TV (ABC Television). Prior to that time, he spent 7 years as a producer, writer, and reporter for KCBS, KNBC & KTTV in Los Angeles, and 2 years working as a reporter for KHON-TV in Honolulu, Hawaii. He has produced more than 4000 daily newscasts, numerous documentary programs and mini-documentary series, as well as all local, state and national election and political convention coverage since 1978. He has taught and lectured to Journalism and Television classes at the University of Hawaii, University of Southern California, Pepperdine University, Pierce College and Los Angeles Community College. After over 50 Broadway productions as Producer, Director and Production Stage Manager, including the original My Fair Lady, Coco, The Homecoming, Annie and the Tony Award-winning Good Evening, which he directed with Peter Cook and Dudley Moore, Mr. Adler began a new career as an actor in 1992. He then appeared in featured roles in Woody Allen's Manhattan Murder Mystery and The Public Eye with Joe Pesci. Subsequently, he was seen on many television productions, including Northern Exposure, Law And Order, Spin City, and The West Wing and was a regular on Mad About You, Hudson Street and Raising Dad. With 40 feature films, more than 700 television programs and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame to her credit, Beverly Garland has proven herself to be one of the industry's most prolific actresses. Born in Santa Cruz, CA, Beverly made both her television and feature film debuts in 1950. Her television career was launched with an appearance in an episode of "The Lone Ranger". Her film debut was as a feisty secretary in the critically acclaimed "D.O.A.", starring Edmund O'Brien.

Beverly has also been seen in productions with Clint Eastwood, Lee Marvin, Frank Sinatra, David Niven and many others. Her appearance on "Friends" matched her with Lisa Kudrow and Jennifer Aniston. Currently, Beverly is playing recurring roles on the daytime drama "Port Charles" and on the WB series "Seventh Heaven". She earned an Emmy Award nomination in 1954 for her performance in an episode of the series "Medic". She gained notice quickly from her early work in film and television, which opened the doors to many diverse roles. Having recently celebrated the completion of her first 50 years in show business, Beverly has enjoyed a busy, challenging and rewarding careers an actress and a businesswoman.

Legendary child star Margaret O'Brien is considered by most film critics and historians as the greatest "little" actress of all times. O'Brien, a gifted dramatic actress was one of the most popular movie stars of the 1940's. Ernest Borgnine has always said that his greatest love is acting and he continues to work today. One of the entertainment industry's most respected authorities on cinema, Leonard Maltin joined ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT in 1982 and this year, begins his 22nd season as film historian and correspondent for the #1 syndicated entertainment newsmagazine in the world. He is also co-host of HOT TICKET, the weekly, half-hour movie preview and review show now entering its third season.

In addition to his role on ET and HOT TICKET, Mr. Maltin teaches at the University of Southern California School of Cinema and Television. Currently, he also serves as film critic and columnist for Playboy magazine and hosts the daily radio feature, "Leonard Maltin's Video View," airing on KNX-AM 1070 in Los Angeles. He is widely recognized for his on-camera introductions to "The Little Rascals" on video, as well as various "Making of _" documentaries about a variety of classic films. He is also hosting and co-producing a popular series of DVDs called "Walt Disney Treasures."

Born premature and sickly, Rigby turned to gymnastics as an escape from severe shyness and an alcoholic father. From the start, she knew that this was the arena where she would shine. She was right. Religious Services

Religious Services
If daily or weekly religious worship is a part of your life, you certainly do not have to leave this enriching facet behind while you're at sea. Celebrity ships offer a daily Catholic mass, a special Sunday mass and a Sunday ecumenical service for guests of other faiths, all hosted by a Roman Catholic Priest. During Easter and Christmas, a Protestant Minister performs these celebration services. A Rabbi or Cantor is onboard to conduct Holy Day services during Passover, Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur and Hanukah.

Every Celebrity cruise will have an approved, trained and accredited Roman Catholic Priest onboard, as a result of our recent collaboration with the Apostleship of the Sea U.S.A., the official Ministry of the Catholic Church in the maritime world
